Impact Zone Wrestling is the longest running wrestling federation in Phoenix, and fans have  been going to their shows, back since they took place at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, under the Western States Wrestling name. They have since moved to the Sets in Tempe, where they have been performing to singing, dancing, chanting fans every other Tuesday night for the last 3 years.

With fans that are doggedly loyal,  a crowd that continues to grow, and incredible talent, IZW wrestling is fun for everyone.   If you don't get there early, expect to stand! The federation has become something of a "farm team" for WWE: Mike Knox, currently starring with ECW, is a graduate of the IZW wrestling school. Derrick Neikirk, Jack Bull, "Everyone's Favorite Brazilian" Antonio Mestre and "XXX" Lawrence Tyler have also been signed to developmental contracts with WWE.

Their shows take place every other Tuesday at The Sets in Tempe:  Doors open at 7pm and bell time is 7:30pm. Their special guests at previous events have included stars old and new, such as Wolf (from American Gladiators), Rellik (ECW), A-Train, The Honky Tonk Man, Molly Holly, Frankie Kazarian (TNA) and Jimmy Snuka. The $7 cost is amazing value, for what is arguably the best live entertainment in Phoenix.
