| Veil names Chanber's 'Volunteer of Year' |

Heidi Vail, president/CEO of Heidi’s Events and Catering, was named the Tempe Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year at the 11th Annual Breakfast for Chamber Champions held in February. This award is bestowed to an individual who has gone above and beyond to help make the Chamber and its programs a success.
Vail has consistently dedicated her time, energy, services and efforts to Tempe Chamber events and committees over the past year. She currently serves on the Tempe Chamber Board of Directors and is a member of the Ambassadors Committee and FestDevil Homecoming Gala Committee. Vail is a graduate of Tempe Leadership, and her energy and enthusiasm is well-known and much appreciated throughout the Chamber. “Heidi is a consummate example of the type of individual who deserves to be honored with the Volunteer of the Year Award,” said Mary Ann Miller, president/CEO of the Tempe Chamber. “Through her selfless contributions to the Chamber’s goals, she has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to our organization. Often putting our needs before her own, Heidi firmly embodies the characteristics that we have specifically created this award to recognize.” |
