MINI LUCHADORES INVADE TEMPE ON SEPT 28th

Trash City Entertainment has contracted to bring the Superstars of Lucha Libre of Mexico to Tempe. Although Lucha Libre appeals mostly to Mexican-Americans, the sport has been embraced by Americans and most recently, by the Japanese for its entertainment value. Fans of the movie "Nacho Libre" find this form of sports entertainment fascinating.

 

 For the last few months, professional wrestling fans have demanded the opportunity to witness the high flying and explosive action that only Lucha Libre can deliver. On Sunday, September 28th , their wishes will be answered when Trash City Entertainment’s Superstars of Lucha Libre invades the SETS in TEMPE, and for the first time in a very long time, will bring the MINI superstars to the ring for a night of no holds barred combat you have to see to believe. 
 
This star-studded card, includes the always popular and dynamic mini-luchadores, and the beautiful but deadly ladies of Lucha Libre: 
In the main event, the legends of Lucha Libre MINIS will face off in what promises to be an unforgettable tag team match featuring Octagoncito and Piratita Morgan going head to head in an unheard-of trans-gender matchup featuring the Superstar Women of IZW – Erica D’Erico and Morgan. 
 
“We have received so many requests to bring in the MINIS, and we are very lucky to have these incredible athletes agree to come and perform" said Chris McLennan, President and CEO of Trash City Entertainment. 
 
Lucha Libre – Superstars of Mexican Wrestling is presented by Trash City Entertainment and IZW Wrestling, in association with Tecate beer. Media partners include La Voz and Prensa Hispana newspapers. 
 
Tickets, advance priced at $30 (ringside) and $15 GENERAL ADMISSION, are available in advance by visiting www.trashcityentertainment.com. Tickets will also be available at the door ($20 GA and $40 Ringside) on the day of show. The SETS in Tempe is located at 93 East Southern (the SE Corner of Mill Avenue and Southern), and the first bell rings at 5:30pm. 
 
As a special added bonus for fight fans, the legendary and original MYSTYCO will be at the show in what promises to be an incredible show of skill, talent and combat. And, answering to a challenge in the last show, there will be a showdown, six man tag event where the loser will LOSE HIS HAIR! Don’t miss this event for any reason!
