| Helping Hand Charm raises funds for TCH |

The Centers for Habilitation announces the “birth” of its Helping Hand Charity Charm. This unique fundraiser is expected to help raise funds and awareness of the many programs and services offered to people with disabilities across the State of Arizona. “The Helping Hand symbolizes our mission to empower people with disabilities,” says President and CEO Dave Cutty. “Raising awareness of TCH in the community is paramount and the Charity Charm is one of the new ways we plan to create excitement and visibility for our organization.”
The Helping Hand Charm made of sterling silver boasts the picture of a hand on the front and the agency’s mission, “Empowering People with Disabilities since 1967,” on the back. “The charm production was made possible by two loyal sponsors of TCH, Papago Park Center and The Cutty Legacy Foundation and we are grateful for their donation to this project,” says Chief Development Officer Jarrett Ransom. The charm is part of the Charity Charms jewelry line created by Arizona entrepreneur Kay McDonald. Since its conception, Charity Charms has grown into a company that brings about awareness and provides a funding source for more than 40 charities. The charm is available to order by calling 480-730-4145 or by going to the TCH Web site at www.tch-az.com and clicking on Charity Charms link. There will be a limited supply ordered and the cost is $50 each. The charms also will be available at TCH events throughout the year while supplies last.
